Metropolitan Funding Corp. ("MFC") is a national, full service, commercial real estate, mortgage banking firm and a HUD/FHA Multifamily Accelerated Processing (“MAP”) approved lender. Through the FHA mortgage insurance programs and/or its “Strategic Alliance”, MFC offers numerous comprehensive banking products and services including fixed and variable rate loans, construction, acquisition, bridge and mezzanine loans.

MFC commenced business operations in 1991, after receiving the HUD/FHA mortgagee designation. Originally established as an exclusive HUD/FHA lender, the Company expanded its ability to meet borrowers' changing requirements.

Since the Company’s inception, it has originated over $5 billion in mortgage loans. In addition, our principals have over 35 years of HUD and real estate lending experience.
